Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Making payments according to agreed schedules
• Communicating project requirements clearly

Project Scope and Revisions

• Scope: Project scope will be defined in individual agreements.
• Revisions: A specified number of revisions are included; additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client feedback and external factors.
• Additional Work: Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

Limitation of Liability

Noir Creative Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for work completed
